Our Business Model
Quantum Kapital Petrol business model is to generate shareholder value through the exploitation and trading of hydrocarbons. Quantum Kapital Petrol’s organic growth strategy involves identifying core areas of focus and then establishing a team of professional technical staff with experience in those areas, to use the latest technologies to explore for oil and gas. Commercial discoveries will be appraised and then, where they are deemed to be economic, progressed through the development phase to the production stage. The cash flow generated from production will be reinvested in the exploration and development stages. Quantum Kapital Petrol believes that it is the development of this business model that has achieved success in the past and will continue to deliver results in the future.

Strategy of Balanced Development
Right from the start, the Board of Directors approved the Quantum Kapital Petrol Strategic Development Program for 2020-2025. The updated strategy is focused on the sustainable growth of the key performance indicators and the progressive dividend policy of the Company in a conservative oil price scenario, while seeking additional growth opportunities and distributions to shareholders in an environment more favorable.
